So what if one could get up close, switch to the Short Circuit, exhaust the Soldier's clip or wait until he stops firing, and then meatshot with the Shotgun?" Would this work? Scott Bakula Posted September 26, 2017 Share Posted September 26, 2017 The Short Circuit is more defensive than offensive, especially after the nerfs it got. What you want to do would have been effective during its OP phase back in 2013. If you do want to use the Short Circuit though, it's all about the timing. Don't spam the thing as that's just gonna waste all your metal. Your main objective with it is to make the other person run out of ammo, not you, so you should only be zapping a projectile if it's going to hit you or an ally, otherwise, just dodge as usual.
