Scott Bakula Posted September 10, 2017 Share Posted September 10, 2017 Massed Flies is a higher tier of effect for Snipers compered to other classes because it's considered themed and the fact that a person can have an unusual while not also emitting a giant "enemy snipers shoot here" beacon.
