Atcher Posted July 20, 2017 Share Posted July 20, 2017 So recently I purchased an American Express gift card in order to purchase a couple of keys, however, no matter how many times I have tried to enter and reenter the gift card details it would always decline it. I don't undestand the situation considering I've already checked the balance of the card and it's listed as "active" including the amount inside. Anyone know how to fix this problem?
