Well good news! I can provide 3 of those 4 options!

 

I have been making models and mods for source games for a while now and I figured I would put my skills to use for whatever your imagination can come up with.

 

Perhaps you are thinking "Wait a minute! How do I know you can do all of these things? Why should I pay for something if I don't know that you can actually do it?"
