My "dream" setting

I'm not quite sure how to explain this, but I've always had a "dream setting" or something of the sort. Basically a place where I would love to be and never leave. Anyways, here's what it is.

 

I've always imagined myself in a diner somewhere in a busy city (kinda like New York or Chicago). It's a rainy day, the diner's pretty empty and quiet, it's around 1 AM, and I'm there with coffee while subtle jazz music is playing in the background (something like this: http://youtube.com/watch/?v=jW1GwX_nolM ). I don't know why I posted this. I guess I just felt like sharing it.

Sounds like a place I'd love to be as well.

 

Reminds me of my Band Hall one morning a couple months back. I bought Coffee early that morning, and when I showed up at ~7 AM, there was 4 of our top Saxophone players playing some of their All-Region Jazz music together for everyone else. Our Band Director turned the lights off, and turned on their stand lights so they could see their music. It was such a cool experience, I'd love to listen to it again. 

 

Back to your "Dream Setting", being in New York would just about wrap up your setting's location, that's the perfect place for a cup of Coffee with Jazz music in a classy old diner.
