So anyway, I really don't like the way it panned out and was curious if this is viable for negative rep since rep on steam profiles does nothing.

I also heared many bad thing about this guy earlier from some of my friends, thats why i have him blocked on outpost for example, even so i never traded with him. So he give you his price and then didnt accept it and was total asshole, i dont know if it is posible to leave negative ratinng for something like this. most time its about real world money trades, trust about giving items first and scamming and none of this is here...

Sounds like a real asshole, but you can't leave ratings just because they're an asshole. Even if it were something worthy of a negative rating you would need a screenshot of the chat, we don't accept copied and pasted text. Block 'em and move on.

I think he genuinely believes that 10 keys is a reasonable price for a kunai pro killstreak fabricator with that sheen and effect. Not much you can do about that.

Even sadder because I personally set up the joke, and hoped it would turn into a sort of lingering joke rather than promote confusion about what we do. That form was, indeed, an April Fools' joke. It should have been clear just from the bp.tf thread here, but on 2 April I also updated the announcement thread on SteamRep to make it very clear this was a joke for other people who were also oblivious to the joke.
