Multi-Account scammer

So, its a  l o n g  story, spanned over quite a few months, I have a pastebin of all the evidence I can gather on this guy, I don't have screenshots of everything because I was too silly to think about it, I have only managed to compare item histories and backpack's at this point. http://pastebin.com/r0V2G7TM I'm not sure where to report this, I've fallen for this guys tricks and so have some of my friends, can anyone do anything about this? blocking him didn't do much because he will try to find me in a TF2 community server and beg for me to add him back and to unblock him, messaging my friends and asking them to ask me if I could unblock him, it's getting scary (will also attach the notepad file I did it on if no one wants to click the link) gentlemen case.txt

They even accepted a shit report (shit=not well made / lack of proof) that was made 2.7 years ago.

I'm just unsure of how to deal with it, is there even a way to deal with it other than block them? I am trying to raise awareness of this person to friends but would like the topic of people pretending to get scammed spoken of more because it's not something I run into often

Well if you got chat logs and strong proof then you can file a SR report.

But yes, you can do more than blocking. You can also leave a negative trust on their backpack.tf pages with supportive proof. This indicates that people should be careful when trading that particular user.
