All sellers at the suggested price were not even 10 hours old and there were more buyers above the suggested price than sellers at it.

Doubt any staff will answer, usually seems like there just isn't a reply when there's no good answer. Disappointing that this kind of thing happens this frequently even though they like to talk about how mistakes "rarely happen" in other less obvious instances. This sort of thing is why I doubt the credibility of the same team that tried to tell me that blind accepting "never happens". I shan't be getting into a heated debate once again, because it would just be rehashing my same points as before, so take my opinion as you will have it.

...so he accepted it. 

 

And it turns out it is now 12.44 ref looking at the current classifieds, but is the price now a influence made by this suggestion? Well I don't know.

 

This is quite a common item so I do think it should stay open for a day or two though.
