Starting a Khajiit farmer Skyrim playthrough, looking for mod suggestions

I already have basic quality of game mods listed to install, just need ones specific for a Khajiit farmer. This playthrough is going to be one handed blunt weapons or fists, no spells and no armor (clothing only). Any suggestions for mods? Also, mods to restrict skill trees and weapon classes would be nice as well.

adds a few new weapons, skill trees (including unarmed) but makes the game a fair bit harder. have a read.
