Trying to switch Audio to headset but I have no admistrator powers

Hello.

 

I am trying to switch my USB headset from my onboard speaker systems on my laptop (Lenovo Yoga 11e running Windows 8.1). I cannot do this because my administrator has disabled the feature to access the sound control area. 

 

What I have permission to do:

Run CMD (without admin privileges)

Open basic applications

Open some sub-menus

Run .bat files

 

What I can't do:

Open .exe, .jar, .msi, etc. files

Install Programs

Open Control Panel

Open PC Settings

 

My PC is "bricked", so is there a way to switch the audio to my USB headset to the default without going to a control panel menu?

 

Any answers would be greatly appreciated.

Try hyrens bootCD with Windows password recovery, there's a built in hidden "administrator" user, use that to recover admin rights to your account

K, but I think it won't work if I don't have the Windows Key.

It didn't work. The command line was blocked by the admin on startup because it was locked by the admin password. XD. Thats just my luck!
