Sakamoto
On any server, I consistently get ping spikes, even when the servers are close to my location. I haven't played in almost a year, so I think that might have something to do with it. It is not my internet, CS:GO runs fine.
McBro
I can't remember where I saw it but a few people experience your same issue. It had to do with the way custom huds processed small rapid damage (Like fire or minigun). The hud loaded it oddly and increased ping. So I suggest not using a custom hud for the time being "I don't have a custom hud you nerd": Oh, um. I'm not sure then. Sorry
A.e
You can try fix it by follow this simple step https://www.reddit.com/r/tf2/comments/57760o/cause_and_fix_for_serious_fpsdrop_issue_involving/
Sakamoto
Yeah, it's not a problem with fps, but with ping. I'll try what McBro said. McBro
