Buy my mixtape fam Posted July 5, 2016 Share Posted July 5, 2016 Kevin Durant is weak, he leaves a team that clearly showed that they were capable of beating the Warriors to the Warriors just because he choked. Whatever rings he wins in Golden State are going to have that asterisk next to them. He joined a team that had already been to two straight finals, and won one without him. It's not like OKC where he would have been that driving factor who led his team to a ring. On GS he's just that guy that joined the team and played great. He's definitely top 3 in the league right now, but when you look at it, take him off the Warriors team and they still probably win next year's championship. And please don't compare this to LeBron. He left a team that downright sucked without him, and formed his own team. The way that I like to look at it is-Take LeBron off of the 2010-2014 Heat and replace him with a run of the mill SF. If David Stern was still the commisioner, this would of probably never happened.
