If there's one thing i like in this summer besides the massive discounts of good games, is the massive discounts of shitty games.

http://store.steampowered.com/bundle/833/    To be or not to be-that is the question:

http://store.steampowered.com/bundle/347/    Whether 'tis nobler in the mind to suffer

http://store.steampowered.com/bundle/480/    The slings and arrows of outrageous fortune,

http://store.steampowered.com/bundle/481/    Or to take arms against a sea of troubles,

http://store.steampowered.com/bundle/825/    And, by opposing, end them. To die, to sleep-

http://store.steampowered.com/bundle/498/    No more-and by a sleep to say we end

http://store.steampowered.com/bundle/505/    The heartache and the thousand natural shocks

http://store.steampowered.com/bundle/538/    That flesh is heir to-'tis a consummation

http://store.steampowered.com/bundle/567/    Devoutly to be wished. To die, to sleep-

http://store.steampowered.com/bundle/473/    To sleep, perchance to dream. Aye, there's the rub,

http://store.steampowered.com/bundle/395/    For in that sleep of death what dreams may come,

http://store.steampowered.com/bundle/801/    When we have shuffled off this mortal coil,

http://store.steampowered.com/bundle/802/    Must give us pause. There's the respect

http://store.steampowered.com/bundle/804/   That makes calamity of so long life.

Or what i would like to call it the "Action 52" bundle, a whole pack of multiple packs.

52 games at 3,91€, 0.07€-0.08€ for each game. (will vary on different currencies)

Now i counted, 6 of the 52 games do not have trading cards available, the rest have trading cards. You will make your money back and more by farming every card and selling them on the market.

Don't fret, if you have some of those games, the bundle will deduct what games you already have and will only charge for the ones you don't.

The somewhat worst case scenario would be that all the 46 games with cards will have only 3 cards each to farm and all of them would be like 0.05€. That would mean if you would sell all those cards at 0.05€ and gain 0.03€ you would get 4.14€ in total, which is still more than you paid. That is the lowest case scenario, most likely a lot of them if not most will have more than 3 cards to farm, and some will be over 0.05€ on the market.

Check all the bundles yourselves, https://steamdb.info/bundles/

I did this last sale..

And I still have like 15+ games i need to farm cards for. It's honestly more of a hassle than needed. Each games requires 2-4 hours of idling in order to get all the card drops. Some people will say "juts leave computer on for 4 hours lol what's the big deal" Me personally, I don't like having a random game running the background while i'm trying to do something. I have the Ram capability to do so, i Just don't like it.

Math stuff in spoiler for USD

Let's do some basic math. I think last sale i got bad rats for $.07

The game dropped 4 cards worth about $.07 each (Besides foils, which are worth around $1)

At the end of it all, I've made between $.2-$.3 from idling on the game.

Doing so with this power bundle thing here, games average about $.08 per game, and I'll assume drop in a similar manner to bad rats (4 drops, each being aprox $.07)

Some more math

(If you got absolutely no foil cards) 46*3*.07 = $9.66 - 52*.08 = $5.5

(If somehow you got all foil cards) 52*4 = 208 - 52*.04 = $203.84  90% sure none of these games have foils

There's small details missing from that, which is to point out that it's foil cards are very rare drops, and also that not all games have foil cards.

At the end of it all, If you're gonna do this to make profit, don't. It's not worth the time to profit ~$1

If you want a bigger game library (Which I don't understand. I hate seeing all the grey titles that I haven't played and probably never will) then by all means go ahead.

/rant.

You can use Idle Master. The only time consumed is when you sell each card individually on the market.

You just combine your productive time with idle master running so you won't waste time specifically for it. It only shows you on steam playing them and never actually installs or opens them, so that way it won't use any resources so you can play or do other stuff. I just leave that open while i watch a tv show and it just runs and farms each game with cards by itself.
