In short, stats.tf is being completely replaced, and backpack.tf no longer relies on the older systems. In the process I have updated several user interfaces to reflect features that the previous system was incapable of, and to also intertwine features previously only available to stats.tf. stats.tf will be shut down entirely once a few supplementary user interfaces are added to the TF2 backpack.tf site.
