Your "discussion" is a thinly-veiled attempt at trolling and baiting, and you refuse to acknowledge any rebuttals to your points, instead repeating your words exactly, give or take a few accusations. Please recognize that we have quickly tired of the bait, and try a little harder as we're not total idiots. As for the mods moving the other thread, its stlll view able, they're just putting it in a sub-forum that more accurately recognizes its seriousness. cąℓσceđrus ☁☽
the guy said that jesus did not say to be perfect, which is a lie and blasphemy. this is why i called him a blasphemer again, avoiding the question nobody has answered the question of "why call yourself a follower of christ when you dont believe you can possibly do what christ commanded?" someone out there must have some sort of reasoning. it seems logically retarded to me, but it is so prevalent in christianity to defy christ and i want to hear the reasonings

cąℓσceđrus ☁☽
if youre saying the definition of christianity is one who believes jesus was the messiah then by that definition someone who worships satan and sacrifises virgins to carnal desire every full moon is a christian by that definition, satan himself is a christian and i realize that christians do not follow christ, this is why i am addressing this issue you wont find a christian who says we should not obey the words of christ, no, not until you actually present them with the words of christ, then they cower and say, ~o well he didnt really mean it

cąℓσceđrus ☁☽
so christianity is a farce and satan is a christian? k by your logic absolutely anyone can call themselves christians while sinning their asses off in the most debaucherous ways no, i think your intrepetation of the definition of christianity is wrong christians are followers of christ by definition those who claim to be christian, in reality, do not follow christ why would jesus say "you are to be perfect as your heavenly father is perfect" yet not actually mean it? this is not a parable
Hyperqube
LOL ... in conclusion Acoording to Lou Zephyr's interpretation of the definition of chrisitianity the 2.4 billion people who claim to be christian, are in fact not christians. Acoording to my interpretation of the definition of chrisitianity, they are (supposing aren't lying of course) And yet, Lou considers his interpretation to be more accurate. Administrators Teeny Tiny Cat Posted November 23, 2015 Administrators Share Posted November 23, 2015 I mean, you can have an opinion that people aren't following christianity the way you think it should be followed, but why you'd think that's anything to do with you is beyond me. If you're right they'll go to hell and if you're not they'll be fine, either way it's between them and god so why do you care?

♠Derpeh♤
so why call yourself a follower of christ? how can you claim to follow the teachings of a man when you blatantly say that the things he said to do are impossible? nobody will answer this and you people keep getting upset and calling me a troll when all im doing is trying to discuss a religious topic on a religion forum They are plenty of contradictions and you'll be going nuts thinking about it, another one would be how many people worship idols (Eg, many saints, Virgin Mary, Jesus...etc) even when God Specifically stated that idol worship is not allowed and that only he is worth of being worshipped. Hyperqube
another one would be how many people worship idols (Eg, many saints, Virgin Mary, Jesus...etc) even when God Specifically stated that idol worship is not allowed and that only he is worth of being worshipped.True, though some will justify is by pointing out that for them praying to someone is not the same as woreshipping them, not all christians pray to Mary to begin with.
