Personally as someone who spent almost all their gradeschool years playing Battlefront 2 with my brother and friends, I'm really disappointed. However, it doesn't appeal to a wide audience like this will, rather than just picking up old players it gets all the 7 year olds of xbox live to play it too. SilverSpeed Posted October 9, 2015 Share Posted October 9, 2015 I'd like to point out that Battlefront II really isn't as good as people make it out to be. The AI is a complete joke, and even the first game had better AI. The first-person for vehicles was made very bland and just a generic first-person whereas the first game gave you a very cool cockpit view. Making a game where they focus more on "Let's make it just like the old one" is bad practice as in the end you'll just be asking yourself "Why am I not just playing the cheaper one?". Kevin the Chicken God Posted October 9, 2015 Share Posted October 9, 2015 speaking as someone who has had a box in his room labeled "For Battlefront 3" with $60 in it since like 6 months after the 2nd one came out, I like what they did. I understood it wasnt going to be too similar to the first two when they announced that it was just imperials vs rebels, and there are still some balancing kinks to work out in the beta (I havent even come close to winning as rebels yet on hoth). However, DICE's DLC usually adds a ton of content and they're making like 6 for this, and I've also heard that they're making another battlefront that has clones and droids in it?
