Tats Posted September 17, 2015 Share Posted September 17, 2015 Your list seems pretty fair, but I would classify differently some effects : Miami Nights Power Surge Electrostatic Low->Mid Kill-a-Watt Terror-Watt Cancerous->Mid Stormy storm Orbiting Fire Aces High (it's at least as good as dead psdts) Overclocked Memory Leak Cancerous->Low Obviously, it all depends on taste, and on the hat the effect applies to. A few of these are skewed (knifestorm on certain hats, flies on certain hats, fountain of delight pool party), but this is a list based on statistics not opinion.
