K1ng Posted September 3, 2015 Share Posted September 3, 2015 My point is, i'm planning to use backpack automatic on an alt account, so that way i don't have to disable email confirmation on my main account. So i was wondering, is there any rule against using an alt account to create automatic-sale listings on classifieds? The alt account would only be used for classifieds listings, not for voting/suggestions, for which my main account will still be used. i found this, but i want to be sure anyways: Third-party bots are fine, if and only if: Trades can be performed entirely by sending a trade offer or by adding the bot account directly from backpack.tf. If you are using a placeholder item to appear in the classifieds while stock of the same type is sold, that item should be removed as soon as you run out of stock for that item.
