Edit: Just saw it in steam and backpack.tf. I don't know what's going on, maybe backpack.tf hasn't updated the item's data? Try putting a name / desc on it. Might be a bug so report it here @ backpack.tf/issue Anyways, next time, at least make sure to check what items you are actually trading and receiving. Scamming techniques such as the quick switch scam try to catch people out like this, and as far as I'm concerned, people should be cautious and on high guard at all times when trading with someone to check that they're getting the correct items.
