How do you vote/suggest unusuals

*I've only done an unusual suggestion once... and failed terribly XD*

The title says it all!~ What would a nice proper format be when writing it, how to find out how much it sold for(I know you use the tf2outpost comments or backpack.tf history, but the history can very easily miss things and the comments usually don't happen 99% of the time. Any tips would these would be nice), any plugins you use that help you out a lot, and how to use the overpay(I just don't understand what scenarios would fall under calculating overpay and no calculating overpay because it's 'reverse overpay'). Thank you very much everyone and all help is appreciated!

1. outpost trades and backpack histories are the best way

2. http://forums.backpack.tf/index.php?/topic/10248-script-for-tf2outpostcom/      http://forums.backpack.tf/index.php?/topic/36100-useful-user-scripts-for-unusual-suggesters/      http://forums.backpack.tf/index.php?/topic/36130-backpacktf-enhancement-suite/

3. if you're pricing item A, and item B is offered on item A, then multiply item B's middle price by 0.9. However, if item A is offered on item B, just use item B's middle price and don't multiply by 0.9. Overpay is only applied on non-pure/currency/promo items, so you wouldn't apply overpay on like a clean max's, or keys

I already downloaded all of those scripts except some on http://forums.backpack.tf/index.php?/topic/36100-useful-user-scripts-for-unusual-suggesters/  . I really wanted the third one, but Julia told me herself that it was outdated/broken and that she was making a new one. And for your example what if you don't know which is offered on which? Also, what if there is an item C. Say I'm still trying to price item A, but he has item A and C and sells them both for item B. What happens then?

yeah, Julia's is broken right now. Always assume that item B was offered on item A unless you have definitive proof. Apply overpay to item B, then afterwards subtract the middle price of item C from item B*0.9
