I keep getting error 0x80244019 when trying to update on Windows 10

Posted this as a status update, but never got an answer.

For the past few days I can't get it to update because I keep getting this error.
Tried to fix it by reading this: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/971058 but that didn't seem to work.
Any help?

throw away windows 8.1 and/or 10. buy windows 7.

Enjoy having less features, a much less attractive OS and much less support. And let's not forget a much slower experience.

Did you do all the steps for the manual fix?

reinstalling windows 10 fixed it somehow, couldn't find any other way.
