Something like this would be much better (although I would consider opting for a nicer case -- since you might choose to upgrade it later anyway so this way you can just save some money). 

 

If you really need to knock down the price, then I'd go for an R9 290 (non-X) > R9 280x > R9 280/GTX770. (The 770 is better than the 280, but it's not worth the extra premium it usually costs).

 

(I didn't throw in a wireless card, since I've had nothing but issues from most wifi cards -- so I would only get a nice high end -- and expensive one -- Asus PCE-AC56 is the one I just picked up for myself).
