Taconinja
It was shown on Reddit that when you put a skin on the market and take it back off, the skin will be different then before. For example, one guy relisted a plaid scattergun multiple times in order to finally get a blood spatter on the side of it. Basically what this means is: "Rare" things(like spycrab camo) aren't worth any more, as they can be simply rnged on to the weapon EDIT: this has been patched. Mrs TS
So you are saying that if you have crappy skins, list them repeatedly until you get the skin type you want?

λngelღмander
It'll be patched, I'm sure. I would try to take advantage of it if I were interested in going back to tf2. Once they do fix it, these skins will be rare, and there'll be profit to be made by having done this.

Mike Hawk
What are the special patterns? I've noticed a few extra lines or a blood splotch after repeating this a few times. EDIT: Yes the patterns change, but it's nothing noticable that i'd be willing to recreate to try and increase value. A blood splotch here or a few black lines there don't make much of a difference IMO
