The CPU and motherboard don't match, and ODDs are stupid.

I'd also either go with a 4690k+Z97 board or a cheaper i5 (like an i5-4440/4460 -- if it's cheaper) since performance wise a few hundred mhz aren't that noticeable.

Be careful when you buy from non-Amazon location as shipping/import taxes can often be a problem. Using purely Australian stores:

CPU: Intel Core i5-4460 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor  ($245.00 @ Centre Com)
Motherboard: MSI H81M-P33 Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard  ($63.00 @ Centre Com)
Storage: Crucial M550 128GB 2.5" Solid State Drive  ($79.00 @ Centre Com)
Video Card: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 970 4GB WINDFORCE 3X Video Card  ($479.00 @ Centre Com)
Total: $1013.00
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available
