OK hi, I don't know if anybody is going to help me out here, or if this is the right forum to post this on, but I lost 100 ref from winning at the lotto on Backpack.tf. Sorry, but what do you mean by "if your chance of winning is more than the rake?" I've seen others with <90% chances of winning and getting all of their items back & the other's items.
