If it's a newer item (EOTL, Smissmas 2014) 50% or less isn't completely unreasable. Older items like vintages can go for as much as 80% off paint price. For me - it directly depends on logic part of parts and paintability of item. i.e good luck getting more from wrap assasin w/dmg dealt and charmer's painted TS.
