silencedotmid Posted December 23, 2014 Share Posted December 23, 2014 Yeah, if you're not a fan of Samsung's touchwiz and bloat apps I'd strongly recommend rooting. If there's a way to install stock android (or a custom rom) on the S5, do that too. With root, I recommend the apps Titanium backup (for backing up stuff), Adaway (good adblocker), and maybe some other stuff that is escaping me right now.
