Weird-ish price suggesting problem

Well, I was going to do a price suggestion on strange Screamin' Eagle and everything seemed fine, 10 ref should have been the price

(proof I managed to collect)

Sellers for 9 ref.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/24230418 8 hours

Sellers for 10 ref:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/24216818 1 day
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/24210539 1 day
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/24201187 2 days

Unsold at 11 ref:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/24216385 1 day
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/24212797 1 day (never bumped)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/24188801 3 days (badly bumped)

Unsold at 12 ref:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/24122092 11.66 ref, 1 week

Unsold at 13 ref:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/24147970 6 days

Then I found one pretty interesting trade:

Seller for 6 ref:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/24147686 6 days (unbumped for a day)

Problem is that trader has many in stock and his/her trade is pretty old, so I'm confused how to price this now: should I ignore the trade and go to the plan I originally had (price it at 10 ref)? make a weird range based off this trade (6-10 ref)? or should I base the price completely off this trade (6 ref)? It would really helpful if someone knew how to deal with this problem.

Someone will probably steal this proof

Suggest at 6 ref flat.

1 seller doesn't constitute the market. He'd need to prove none of the higher trades actually sell at all to suggest at 6 flat.
