Override craft hat suggestions without the Random Craft Hat blanket.

Yeah, this should be a given, but for any RCH items not given the blanket, override 1.22 suggestions for 1.22 (random craft hat) ones.

 

Example:

Poster A posts a suggestion for 1.22, not in the blanket

Poster B posts one with the same price, but in the blanket, and it over rules the other suggestion by poster A.

there are, but might as well add this feature for the future craft hats. IE: the EToL hats.
