Aria Heavy-Hand Posted November 21, 2014 Share Posted November 21, 2014 Out of ALL Mario games, it's hard to say. If I were forced to choose only 1, I'd choose Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door. Despite some flaws I hadn't noticed when I was a child (lots of backtracking, pausing to swap partners, etc.), it's still lots of fun overall, on TOP of all the nostalgia it gives me. However, I also greatly enjoyed Super Mario Sunshine, Super Mario 64 (of course), and Super Mario Galaxy. Basically, most of the Mario games that break from the classic side-scrolling formula (though, those are good also). But the best minigames go to Super Mario 64 DS.
