Looking for a laptop that will run TF2 (smoothly) and SFM (dont mind if it's a bit laggy)

for 200 euro or about $250 you're not going to get a very functional new laptop

you're either going to have to buy a used slightly better laptop (look for at least intel integrated 3000/4000) or build your own really cheap desktop with an AMD APU.

My advice would be to save up to about 400 euros, then you're entering the range where you can actually get decent laptops.

Yeah 200 euros for a laptop won't really get you a good enough one unless you buy one used.
