This means new low craft hats. While everyone is hyping around, grab your hats and start crafting. 2) While the update is downloading, go to scrap.tf and buy the hats while they're cheap. Get a good amount as you're sure to get a low craft if you do enough and a good number if you're fast! 3) Don't waste ref! Never use the 3 refined hat building mechanism, rebuilding headgear is better! 4) Craft at different points throughout the day.
