Mine would have to be my Strange Sight for Sore Eyes.

 

Back when I was a nub, I liked a lot of items that Pyro had. (This was back when there were only like 100 cosmetic per class). And I really liked and wanted a Sight for Sore Eyes. When I finally saved my 3 ref, I bought it and never took it off my pyro since.

 

Imagine how I was the day I realized that I could make my eyes STRANGE!!!
