flapjack0576
Does adding killstreak to a weapon increase it's value? If so how much by?

Curly Brace
depending on what weapon like 1-4 ref depending on waht weapon... :3 Never 4 refined for a normal killstreak. For an awful weapon, you'll get ~.66 Normal weapons can get 1-1.33 Good weapons will go for 1.33-2 ref Note, this is only for unique weapons, you'd be stupid to put a normal KS on anything else. The only exception to this is the Grenade Launcher and Degreaser as far as I know. [i have no idea why the degreaser is expensive when it kills less easily]
Micah ΧΞΣ
Yes. But it really depends on if it's just a normal killstreak, a specialized killstreak or professional killstreak. Professional is the most expensive. And it also depends on the weapon too.

If you need to know prices, a good place to get a general feel for how expensive an item is is through SCM {Steam Community Market} Simply search for the item you're trying to find a price for, and see what it's been selling for recently http://steamcommunity.com/market/

Ixenzo
Never apply a KS kit to unique weapons unless it's their only quality. If there is an aussie quality of a weapon, it's your best choice as well as collector's, strange festive stock weapons (RL, Scattergun, etc.), strange kritz/gunslinger, and so on . You get the idea. Don't waste KS or Spec KS kits on these, btw. Pro's all the way.SCM is a good place to check prices for them. Drop 15-25% off them (depends on a weapon) and you'll get a fair price in in-game items. Unique killstreak weapons will never sell for a price of a KS kit for this weapon individually. Again, unless it's their only quality, or only unique & genuine. For example, Killstreak Unique Sharp dresser sells for twice the price of a KS kit for it.
