First, the guy who is selling is a Level 0, and has a private backpack, 2 obvious red flags. Also, when looking at the stats on that particular unusual, every other level of the hat is 1 of 1, except this one happens to be the only one that is 2 of a kind of a certain level. You'd have to think it possible could be duped and sold from a scammer alt, but I'm wondering if this would even matter since the hat prices under 3 buds and I'm buying it clean from the SCM.
