If those do not meet then it won't be sold. If it so happens that what the current owner is willing to take is quite low then you may be able to profit in the future. Realistically.... Look at what similar hat with similar effects get offered and maybe try to pay a bit less than that. Do it for as many sales as you feel you need to know what it's worth. That is the only way you can really price it. If it's from unboxer it is priced at whatever price you feel is right for it.
