need some scripting help (complete noob)

So I'm trying a new set, and I'm trying to figure out how to only change between my primary and secondary by scrolling, and my melee on t (quickswitch)  

 

So does it go something like this?

 

alias +melee "slot3"
alias -melee "lastinv"
bind t +melee

-melee on t

 

alias wswitch1 wswitch2

alias wswitch2 "slot2; alias wswitch1"

bind mousewheel up to slot 1, mousewheel down to slot 2, and t to slot 3

But I also play other classes, and I need the mousewheel for pda slots, is there anyway to both switch to my melee and toggle to my last weapon (t to melee press t to switch back to last weapon, tiny bit faster)

You could always set the pdas to other keys.

Yeah.. But then the action slot is too far away, I like to cast magic. There's gotta be a way to do this.
